Graduated with a Master of Science degree from the prestigious Mistin Business School in Massachusetts, Carlo Jitobuit has, now, 25 years of professional experience in strategy consulting.
Carlo Jitobuit began his career as a junior consultant at Beneto&Beneto NewYork. 10 years later, he helped establish the office of Milan where he became Associate Director. He developed, there, an expertise in the transverse supporting change management.
As the CEO of Beneto&Beneto Paris, Carlo Jitobuit implements, today, a strategy to improve the notoriety of the firm.
Besides Beneto & Beneto, he devotes a huge amount of time to an association he created after a trip to Mabhuti during his college years :Children of Mabhuti.
Children of Mabhuti is a nonprofit organization whose goal is to help improve the lives of many a Mabhutians and raise awareness of the country’s extreme poverty, while advertising for the outstandingly rich cultural life of people from Mabhuti. |

After a first experience in retail banking, Lamya La Roche began her career in strategy consulting in 2000 in Beneta&Beneta. She joined Beneto&Beneto two years later as a business analyst. She actively participates in cash management and working capital management strategies. |

He has a long experience in operational improvement programs and SI.
